Epic Property Management

We have stayed with Epic Property Management for four years, and we could not be happier with the experience. The place was clean and completely functional, rent increases were very reasonable, and maintenance was fantastic. A few examples: our furnace stopped working once, and the heating would not be able to put us above 65F, so uncomfortable but not a big deal. We had a brand new furnace in three days. The toilets were acting weird once, and as soon as I let Hunter know, he was here the next day and got it fixed immediately. Same thing happened for the shower head at another point. For minor fixes they were always able to help us by email. Once again, absolutely fantastic experience, and we are sad to leave.

Lovely home, perfect location, great staff! Toni & her team are super responsive and easy to work with. Payments, maintenance, & move-out were all a breeze. I lived in the Avenues, perfect for my first chapter in Utah. Truly lovely neighbors, local coffee shops, parks, restaurant & brewery, grocery store all within walking distance. Very sad to be moving away!

I have been renting from Epic for about three years. Toni and previously Jameson and now Hunter are all great, easy to work with, and very responsive. The online portal to pay your rent couldn't be easier, your lease is always there to review, and it has other helpful features. We've had a couple of issues that were frustrating for everyone (carbon monoxide leak, HVAC install, window install guy who was inept), and each time I ultimately felt that my needs were addressed and I was treated fairly. The rest of the these past three years have been smooth sailing. I hated the color of my bedroom and bathroom when I moved in, and Toni immediately agreed to have them repainted and let me choose the color. The painter made a mess and didn't trim the baseboards/ceilings well, and she immediately sent a different painter over to clean the mess and trim up the edges so that it looked nice. Once, the windows on the building were dusty and speckled with water from the sprinkler system, and when I asked if she would send a window cleaner to do the outsides of the windows, she immediately agreed. I was very surprised at these quick and affirmative responses to non-essential/cosmetic requests. Toni is always reasonable to deal with and cares about doing a good job. Jay the handyman is lovely and kind and does a great job as well. Overall a happy experience renting from them and would recommend to anyone!
