Lived in a property managed by EQCO for four years and can't say enough good things about my experience. From the very first walkthrough to the last, Edward was kind, clear, prompt, forward-thinking, and lightning fast in responding to queries and service requests. We had tree limbs fall down, fences and decks break, AC units and dryers break down, etc, and Edward wasted no time in getting technicians or in-house contractors out to solve the issue. We knew we could always reach him and he would make sure the property was safe for us and our two young kiddos. If we hadn't moved out of state, we probably would look for another EQCO property just so we could stay with Edward!

Edward and Ellen with EQCO Real estate are our property managers and they are just fantastic. We are an active duty military family, moving a lot and the stressors that come along with moving is nothing new to us. We wanted to keep our property in the National Capitol region due to our great interest rate we have with our mortgage. I would not have trusted any other company to take care of our home and leasing out the property. Edward and Ellen are quick to respond, very kind, they are both knowledgeable and incredibly approachable. It brings me so much peace knowing they are serving as our property managers. We love that they are a family owned business and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I give them a 5 out 5 stars rating. I can’t recommend this company enough. They make our life easier and we feel very lucky to have them in our corner.

From our first virtual meeting to closing day, we can’t thank Edward enough for all his dedication and excellence as our real estate agent. My husband and I are first-time home buyers, and our experience with Edward’s service was beyond expectations! One of his strengths that made us feel confident about choosing him as our agent is that he makes himself available for showing us houses even after business hours. Besides, he always comes prepared with the listings and details that are relevant for us and our future as a new family, such as the neighborhood, school districts, and the commute. We also loved working with Edward because he points out important aspects of the properties, such as small repairs or well-done upgrades, and giving us realistic ideas of how they would match our needs. Throughout the whole process, Edward kept in contact with us, which shows that he cares about his clients, and whether in person or virtually, he was always in a positive mood, which made the process enjoyable. Additionally, in our case, the seller and their agent put us in some tricky situations throughout the journey, and Edward, as an expert he is, was able to negotiate with them and get us the best offer. We are so greatly thankful for his professionalism that was essential for us to have now our first home. Kudos to Edward!
