I booked a waxing appointment with Meghan Ringo and showed up on time, even though it was during my work hours. Unfortunately, Meghan wasn’t available when I arrived, and I ended up waiting over 20 minutes. I asked the receptionist how long it would take, and she couldn’t give me an exact time for when Meghan would be free. It’s really disappointing—they didn’t seem to value my time at all. If a previous client runs late, that delay shouldn't affect the next scheduled appointment. New customers shouldn't have to suffer for someone else's delay. I do not recommend this place based on my experience.

Sandra Barnich has an amazing intuition in what her clients need. Her touch is deep when needed and gentle when needed and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She’s very professional and puts you at ease. Highly recommend.
