The sense of community is amazing — everyone is so welcoming and supportive. And of course, the yoga itself is incredible! The classes are challenging yet restorative, leaving me feeling stronger, calmer, and refreshed every time. Truly the perfect place to sweat, grow, and connect.

I’ve been attending classes at this yoga studio for over a year now, and it’s been an incredible experience. The classes are catered to all levels but are open and welcoming to everyone. I absolutely enjoy their style of teaching and love all the teachers—they are highly knowledgeable and have a deep understanding of yoga and anatomy. Modo Tecumseh has such a friendly atmosphere from the minute you walk in the door. I love that they offer many morning and evening classes! All the instructors/staff are very friendly and make you feel like part of the community. I highly recommend this studio!

As a 15+ year yoga practitioner and this is by far, my favorite HOT yoga studio!! When visiting in Windsor (from Toronto) I truly look forward to the intense heat, challenging workout, but also the incredible amount of fun that the instructors make the classes. Along with a meaningful advice and suggestions during the class there is often humor peppered throughout the practice which is very genuine and quite welcome. There is amazing sense of community at these two studios, and it is very welcoming to newcomers. I've never experienced any other classes or studios even close to this level of enjoyment! You will not be disappointed and you will sweat like crazy!!
