Unacceptable long wait just to drop off passport renewal applications. Only 4 booths open out of 15. Those 4 were moving at a snails pace, staff were chatting among themselves, eating, looking at phones and taking frequent breaks. There must be a more efficient and effective way to provide this service to Canadians

After the intake agent instructed me to put my name down a certain way, I paid extra to pick up my passport, went to pick it up and they wouldn't give it to me because they had given me the wrong instructions!!! SO INFURIATING. TRAIN YOUR AGENTS PROPERLY!

I had my biometrics done today at this Service Canada Centre - Passport Services location, and I was really impressed with the experience. The guards were kind and attentive, and the service itself was quick and efficient. The agent (I think their name is Emily) who assisted me was very friendly and made the process smooth. I was in and out in about 10 minutes! Highly recommend this location for its excellent service.

Wonderful customer service, very efficient, I was pleasantly surprised about the entire experience. I had a couple of errors on the passport application & they were very helpful about it too. The lovely lady I dealt with even made my son a little Happy Birthday post it note with drawings when she noticed his bday was the following week. Passport to be ready in 2 weeks, have to pay extra $20 for pick up due to uncertainty with Canada Post but oh well.
