It's a safe,quiet building on the inside and it is kept clean. Unit maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Being on a busy road downtown it's noisy to have windows open. The parking garage is in need of repairs. Overall it's been nice living here.

I am writing to share my concerns regarding the environment of the apartment: Noise Disturbance: The apartment is very close to the fire station and regional hospital, which results in frequent noise from fire trucks and ambulances, especially during the night. Weed Odor: There is a strong and recurring smell of weed, outside near the Mission Windsor area. This happens on a daily basis and has become very unpleasant. Homeless Presence: The presence of homeless individuals around the building often contributes to noise and an unsafe feeling in the area. These issues have significantly affected my comfort and quality of life in the apartment.

I've had a short stay here but I had a really good experience. Hana who manages the property was extremely sweet and was always readily available for any help I needed. She did an amazing job to ensure my experience at this apartment was comforting. I would highly recommend! Compared to other rentals in Downtown Windsor, this place is definitely amongst the top
