First time renting with John and Expert Property Management, and I already love how they handle everything! The tenant app they use is easy and pretty straightforward and when we have a question we get a response in a timely manner. We didn't have to wait till the 1st of the month to move in and we knew the next day after applying that we were accepted! The property is well taken care of and spacious! We also have pets and they are very accommodating to them!

As I was frantically searching for an apartment for a son and his girlfriend(she's like my own as well!) for college last minute on Facebook, John saw my post and reached out to me with a beautiful apartment to look at. Not only did it fit the budget we were looking for but it was also directly across from campus on Lightstreet. John has been so helpful during this process. He's answered all our questions and was quick to respond every single time. We just moved them in 3 days ago and within a few hours of being at the property, several other tenants approached us throughout the day and all had nothing but great things to say about John and the rental company. As a Mom sending her son away from home to college, that was reassuring knowing he was not only close to campus but also had a landlord who's spoke highly of. Thank you John for all your help! My momma heart can rest a little easier knowing they are at least in a nice, clean, well maintained property with a great landlord.
