Jen ZachryWOW! I can't say enough. They were able to come out within hours of my call. I thought my oven was out of warranty 2 weeks ago. They recommended calling the MFG due to the cost of the parts and viola! The MFG was able to extend my warranty and I'm able to get the oven fixed for just the service call I paid to Express. UPDATE: Turned out nothing was really wrong. As soon as I explained to Whitpool tech the unit shocked me when igniting, he said it's grounding out. Pulled out the warming drawer and said "Here is your problem" The pans I was storing in there were somehow touching the igniter and causing it to not shoot the spark in the right direction. No $400 part needed as Express had advised.
Ryan JamisonSeymur and ExpressFix Appliance Repair saved the day! My gas oven was taking SO LONG to heat up, and so I reached out to Seymur on a colleague's recommendation. He arrived as scheduled, was able to diagnose the issue (failing igniter), replace the faulty part, and put everything back together. Seymur was also able to reconnect the doorspring assembly in my dishwasher so the door would stop slamming down. Seymur's pricing was very fair (parts + labor), and I was able to easily pay him electronically. All in all, I was very pleased with Seymur's scheduling and service, and I will not hesitate to use him again!
