F45 Training Hamilton Downtown

I assisted for 7 classes with the welcoming offer they had last month and trainings were awesome. I was surprised by all the equipment they had, which translated into dynamic and diversified exercises during training. The gym itself its really confortable and clean. The most important and where the real value comes from are the coaches. ALL of them were super professional, supportive and friendly, helping you to go beyond what you think you could. Although I didn't upgrade to a subscription because what I want to train has another focus, I definitely recommend this place. Thank you for the great trainings and experience! 🔥🤙🏼

Highly recommend F45! The downtown Hamilton location specifically! I finished my 10 day trial and now joined to a membership! The classes are so efficient and the trainers are highly educated. I get a better workout in the 45 minutes there than I have in the gym for an hour by myself. Huge thanks to the trainers Maddy and Braden, they’re always helping direct me through exercises and correcting my form to help prevent injury. The classes are always so enjoyable, everyone was very welcoming and friendly to me from the start. Great community from the coaches to the members all around!

I just finished a one-week trial at F45 Hamilton and couldn’t be happier! The coaching is top-notch, every session is packed with clear instruction and encouragement. I love how the workouts are scalable and tailored to my fitness needs, making each class both challenging and achievable. I’m so impressed that I’ve decided to sign up for a long-term membership.
