F45 Tecumseh has truly transformed every part of my life—from nutrition and strength to mindset, endurance, connection, and pure JOY. I first joined back in 2019 during a challenge, and I’ve been growing stronger ever since, thanks to the incredible coaching team and inspiring leadership of Sam Piercell. F45 isn’t just a gym—it’s a full-body, full-heart experience. Walk in and you’ll find open arms, warm hearts, and high fives waiting for you!

I absolutely love this studio!! From the day I joined I felt at home. The coaches are amazing and greet every member every day by name making me feel like I matter as a member! They push us, guide our form to prevent injury, and encourage us through the workouts so we can do and be our best every time we show up. The positive energy and community engagement is top notch! The studio is clean and the equipment is well maintained. Sam and her team have outdone themselves in keeping functional fitness a priority to maintain health!! I am grateful I joined this community and love how it has pushed my health goals to another level! Thank you F45 Tecumseh!!

It’s hard to say what makes F45 so amazing - the coaches, the members, the laughs, definitely not Thursdays 🥵🤮, but it really is a combination of everything. It’s so cool to see such a wide range of gym go-ers from complete beginners to 1,000+ classes working out together and encouraging one another. Love this place and can’t recommend it enough.
