F45 Training Vaughan West

BEFORE YOU SIGN, READ THIS REVIEW – F45 VAUGHAN WEST I was a member at this location for 1.5 years. If you’re thinking about joining F45 VAUGHAN WEST, read this before you commit. This studio has gone downhill fast, and the common denominator is the owner, Russ. The energy, the motivation, the community — all of it used to be amazing. But once the trainers began to leave (and trust me, they didn’t leave for no reason), everything changed. There’s a reason other F45 studios have had the same trainers for years while this location can’t keep anyone. The atmosphere now is stale, unmotivating, and honestly uncomfortable. With the lack of trainers willing to work here - Russ runs classes and it feels like he doesn’t even want to be there. Members feel it. The workouts feel flat. And the vibe is nothing like what F45 is supposed to be. Let’s talk about the condition of the studio: • The place is dirty • The equipment is falling apart • Plates literally fall off bars • No power racks, outdated gear, and zero upkeep For a studio charging premium prices, the maintenance is embarrassing. A group of about 35–40 members have either left or are not renewing for the exact same reason(s) - RUSS the Owner, terrible business man. The only thing this place had going for it was the camaraderie among members and the trainers — and that’s gone now too. If you want the real F45 experience — clean space, stable trainers, energy, motivation, and a proper workout environment — go to another location. The difference is honestly shocking. Save your money, save your time, and do not sign up here at this location - go to F45 Maple just down the road. __________________________________ Thanks for the response Russ, To clarify: I have no idea which trainer you’re referring to regarding “unauthorized favors.” The courtesy passes I received were given throughout my membership, and with the constant turnover of trainers, it’s impossible to know who you’re implying — it must have even been you, since you handled all communications. As for concerns, the issues were visible daily: worn-out equipment, clips slipping, cleanliness problems, low energy in classes, and constant trainer turnover. These were openly discussed among members and shared with you. I completed my initial contract and signed the 52-week discounted rate under the expectation that the studio quality would stay consistent. It didn’t. A contract doesn’t require members to ignore declining conditions. I’m simply letting people know what to expect — worn-out equipment, constant trainer turnover, low energy, and a studio that declined over time. Joining F45 Vaughan West has been one of the best fitness decisions I’ve made. The workouts are always different, fast-paced, and challenging, which keeps things exciting and never boring. I love how every session is structured and guided by the coaches, so you get the benefits of personal training in a fun group environment. I love the trainers here, they are incredible—they push you to give your best while also making sure your form is right and you feel supported. The energy in the room is contagious, and the team spirit really motivates you to keep going.

F45 has truly become a second home for me. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. Russ (the owner) has built something really special here—not just a place to work out, but a real community. The trainers (Arezou,Alyssa, Sophia and Chris) are incredible—knowledgeable, uplifting, and always there to push you while making you feel seen and encouraged. You can tell how much heart has gone into every part of this place. I’m so thankful to be part of it. I have been going to F45 for more than 6 months now and I am addicted. The best investment anyone can have!
