Very disappointing experience at Hotel Amrapali Grand. The room was not clean, and we even found cockroaches — totally unacceptable for a place claiming to be a 4-star hotel. The hygiene and maintenance were poor, and the overall service didn’t meet basic standards. Definitely not worth the money.

I stayed here for a day, and really liked the hospitality and rooms and services. Rooms are really cosy with all the facilities, including a refrigerator, sofa, a working table and tea/coffee options available with kettle. Bathrooms were very neat and clean with such a warm feel and lighting. However I felt some drawbacks. Though the hotel is centrally air-conditioned, the room was not getting enough cooled even after setting the temperature to a minimum. The TV was working but none of the channels were available.

Very nice place to stay in Delhi with family. Near to Airport. Cordial staff. Clenliness is well maintained. Superb north Idian food. We enjoyed the stay...|Location is very near to metro station and esilly accessible. Must visit hotel in delhi.

Good service and clean room with good staff.. food was too amazing and tasty too .. Staff was too cooperative .. overall experience was excellent…not even feel any challenge during the stay
