I stayed at this hotel two years ago, but now its condition has become really poor. The room maintenance is terrible. They promise to provide AC, but you won’t even get the remote—and the AC itself is in such bad condition that it hardly works. When you order food, it takes more than an hour, and even then you’ll have to call them again only to hear that they “forgot” your order. This didn’t happen just once—it happened repeatedly, every single day. Early in the morning, someone will ring your doorbell by mistake and say, “Sorry, we rang the wrong room—the order was for the floor above.” It was extremely harassing for us. I would strongly suggest not staying at this hotel. It’s located quite far inside the lane, and you’ll easily find much better hotels on the main road at a lower budget.

0 stars for the Service. All the reception people are rude and don’t know how to talk properly. If you are planning For a longer stay like for 3 to 5 days, this is kind of the worst hotel to choose. For room service we had to call them daily thrice then they used to do it. For geyser for hot water pr for anything the service used to take 1 hour or longer with repeated reminders. First of all we were not given the room we were shown. Then we stayed at the 4 bed room when we were supposed to get a triple bed room. Then one day when it was raining one bedside got completely drenched from the rain coming from one window. Then they told us to shift in another room. But in that room, the washroom had no geyser. It was pathetic. Specially the behaviour of the staff and the owners which were arrogant. Then when our brother and his wife went away we shifted to a double bed room for the last day. It was on the 3rd floow, the room was fine but then the AC was not working. We waited for one hour to shift into another double bed room, but they shifted us to a ground floow room, which was small, smelly and pathetic. We were so tired that we just wanted to take rest. This pathetic hotel is only good if you want to keep your luggage for sometime but not at all good for 2 or more days stays.

I had one of the worst experiences with Hotel Glow Inn Paharganj and strongly believe this property is a complete scam. The pictures shown online are totally misleading – the actual rooms have no facilities and nothing matches the advertised photos. One of our clients checked in with a confirmed 3-night booking but was forced to check out immediately due to the horrible condition of the property. According to booking terms, at least 2 nights refund should be issued (after deducting 1 night cancellation fee). But neither the hotel nor Agoda has responded to refund requests. Agoda keeps saying the hotel is not responding, which makes it clear that both the hotel and Agoda are running this scam together. Even worse, the hotel later started sending card verification requests through WhatsApp, which later proved to be fraudulent. This clearly indicates suspicious and scam activities. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel and be very careful while booking through Agoda, as they are not taking any responsibility for this fraud. Travelers deserve better transparency and protection – not scams like this.

Our stay at Glow Inn was truly disappointing. I visited with my sister and from the start, the experience was below expectations. The hotel was not properly located on maps, which made reaching it very inconvenient. The property itself was not well-maintained, and the overall service was extremely poor. The air conditioning in our room barely worked, making it very uncomfortable, especially in the heat. The biggest disappointment was during checkout — the staff booked an ordinary Eeco cab for our airport drop-off, while they charged us the fare for a luxury SUV. This was highly unprofessional and dishonest. Overall, I would not suggest staying at this hotel to anyone. The service, hospitality, and facilities were far from what was promised.
