Hotel Shimla Heritage

I have given 1 star only because there is no option to give 0 stars. This hotel is absolutely terrible. Firstly, they mislead customers by uploading fake photos downloaded from Google on their page. On call, they promise to refund your money if you’re not satisfied with the room, but be very cautious — their only intention is to take your money. The actual rooms are far worse than the photos they share. When you ask for a refund, the owner and staff talk very rudely and behave unprofessionally.

Terrible stay at Hotel Maharaja! Rooms were dirty, bedsheets stained, and the bathroom smelled awful. When I politely complained, the staff was extremely rude and used abusive language. No basic facilities, no cleanliness, just pure disappointment. Don’t waste your money here!
