I’ve been calling to schedule my wisdom teeth removal and had so many obstacles here for about a month! It should not be that hard to schedule an appt. Turns out whoever scheduled my appointment didn’t even do it correctly… the lady who tried helping me wasn’t very understanding or nice so I just completely gave up and I’m not ever coming here for an appt. I’ll just go somewhere else for assistance.

Went in for a wisdom teeth removal on both sides. The doctor was super nice and helpful! Didn’t work on me until i was 100% comfortable also walked me thru everything as i was getting my teeth removed. Kristyn B. Was super helpful, nice, and very informative as well. Place was clean & the ladies at the front desk were nice and very polite

Amazing dental staff! Such a pain to get an appointment for dental cleaning. Have to call atleast 10 times to get an appointment! How come schedule isnt open a month in advance? It would e ideal to get the next appointment during a current appointment saving precious time. Denise Crawford, Please make it easy for patients to schedule dental appointments. Thanks.

I called the Family Health Center because my dentist no longer performed Root Canals and FHC was In-network according to the Dental Customer Service Rep at Blue Cross Complete & of course I verified that fact with FHC's Dental Dept before scheduling. Their process was to first have an appt for Full Mouth & Bite-wing X-Rays & an exam/ consult by their dentist, which I did with Dr Muehleise. I had not had any dental work or cleanings in over 13yrs which is why my teeth, gums, and bone area are in such awful conditions, & like a lot of people who have neglected their dental health, I was a Big Scared-y Cat in a lot of discomfort and pain. Dr Ashley Muehleise took such gentle care of me, both Physically & Emotionally, that I Had to give her an ENOR-mous Shout-Out & Thank You from the bottom of my Heart! You are the Greatest Dentist Ever ! and I will be your patient as long as you'll have me ! ; -) So my saga takes a screeching hault when I need to reschedule my appt to have 5 teeth extracted and I am told that there is no appt availability for the next 7+ wks, so I should call every day for a possible cancelation opening, or make the 50 min drive to try to have the work done on a Walk-In basis. Uggh : (
