I would 1000% recommend this garage. The whole team are incredible and make the task of booking a car in for repairs or MOT super easy. I booked my car in due to an EPC issue and waited all day for an update, but received no phone call. I had to call the garage at least 10 times before someone finally answered. The person I spoke to had no information about my car and seemed unsure of what was going on, telling me someone would call me back — which never happened. I then asked my partner to call to see if she could get an update. She eventually got through and was told the car was “done.” When I collected it, I was informed that all they had done was run a diagnostic scan and clear the fault codes. No attempt was made to actually diagnose or fix the underlying issue. I paid £54, and within minutes of driving away the EPC light came back on and the car went straight into limp mode. I immediately returned to the garage. The staff member who had just served me saw me walk back in, walked away, and then acted as though she didn’t recognise me when she returned. I explained that the issue had not been resolved, in front of several mechanics. I was told, “The mechanic won’t be back until Monday, you’ll have to book it in again,” with no apology or acknowledgement that the problem had clearly not been fixed. The customer service was extremely poor, and there was no accountability for the failure to resolve the issue. I will not be returning for any technical work and would only consider using this garage for something basic like tyres.

Dan and his team have exceptional customer service and always go above and beyond to help resolve an issue. I had wheel alignment and rear brake pads replaced. It was carried out with great care and attention. Would highly recommend their services.
