I needed two new tyres. Having recently bought the car second hand, I did not have a lot of money to spare, but was able to purchase good quality new tyres from Kwik Fit, plus fitting, and disposal of the old ones within my budget. I was pleasantly surprised to find out I could also have a free visual check of the brakes done, as well as a battery check, as this gave me extra peace of mind (following a previous negative experience buying a second hand car which had hidden defects). I was served quickly and politely. The manager, Lawrence, was well groomed and smart. He greeted people by name and seemed to remember each person's appointments and associated needs off the top of his head. He remained patient and calm despite having to manage a queue of customers with the phone also ringing. I would go to this branch again in the future.

I would highly recommend Kwik Fit Farnham and especially Lawrence. An unforeseen issue came up which was dealt with in such a professional manner by him that I would not think of going anywhere else in future. Huge thanks to Lawrence and the team for going above and beyond!

I went to Farnham Kwik Fit for a full premium service and paid around £750, including two new tyres. I told the guy at reception that I needed my brake pads checked and replaced if necessary. He said he’d take a look, but when I collected my car, he told me there was no need to change them. I thought Great. However, just a couple of weeks later, I booked my MOT test, and my car failed. The report said that my front brake pads were too thin. I was shocked I told the MOT tester that this couldn’t be right because I had just spent a lot of money on a full service. But unfortunately, the MOT tester was correct. It turns out that the Farnham Kwik Fit team either didn’t check my brakes properly or just couldn’t be bothered to do their job. I don’t know the reason, but the fact is they missed it completely. I’ve always trusted and liked Kwik Fit, but this experience really disappointed me. From now on, I won’t be going back. They clearly don’t care about their customers’ hard-earned money. My advice to anyone planning to go to Kwik Fit especially the Farnham branch is to think twice before leaving your car there. Poor service, poor attitude, and a total waste of money.
