Had a warning light come on and took my car straight to Hawthorns on the off chance they could take a look. They found the problem quickly and despite it being a Friday afternoon, fitted me in and had all the work done and faulty part replaced by the end of the day. Realised when I got home that my car had been washed too - a lovely surprise! The staff here are friendly and professional and often go above and beyond and this is why I don't go anywhere else. Thank you Hawthorns, as always you exceeded expectations!
