We immediately called a service to come out, but unfortunately left with no real solution, a tech who was unable to properly diagnose the issue, and potentially a $1,200 fix. We read Dave's reviews and called him to get some insight, as well as do a price comparison. We called on Friday and Dave showed up on time Monday morning. Not only was he super understanding of our situation, he explained everything happening in great detail, and double-checked that additional parts weren't needing to be serviced. In addition, he left us with a game plan if something were to leak again and helped us feel at ease with what to do moving forward. Not only did we feel satisfied with our experience, his prices were astronomically lower. Although, we would have paid him double just for how much time and effort he put into his work. It says a lot when you have "y'all" in the business name and I feel that delivers a sense of southern professionalism, kindness, and honesty.
