Folks, these are Petco managers, Alex and Matt, and a super helpful and patient cashier, Kya, at the Gambrills Petco! When I get very good or very bad service from a store employee, I ask to speak with a manager. I want to shout about the amazing service from Kya! My daughter got a new puppy, and we went in to buy a few😉😉 (🤫 to my husband pls) items. Well, I price match everything with the Petco online for the cheaper price. Kya patiently waited for me to price match everything. Let’s just say it took a while 😉. And this is on the tail end of getting really lousy service the day before at a Petco in Ohio, and I gave that manager an earful about her employee! Anyway, a big shout out to Petco in Gambrills, MD! They rock!!!

First time in this store and what a great selection of food for our pets. Also, you can find special fresh food for dogs. I was looking for a medicine for my cat and Elli and Shaana helped a lot. By the way, they have such a friendly staff. Petco stores has a program all over the Country to help pets with donations as well support the adoption of this animals.

I have been taking my Samoyed to this store for 2 years and recently they fired the lady that use to cut are samoyeds hair and we didn’t cancel because we have a membership so we showed the new employee a picture the first time and they didn’t do bad but this time…. this is how they left him,what is there to do now… how do u explain this…
