Jenny was great!! She took me to an apartment I hadn’t even seen online yet based on what I expressed I was looking for. I was also moving on short notice and Forbes Management made it so so easy!! Tracie helped me get started with the online portal for payments/lease was also great instead of needing to make a bunch of trips. Ran into Andrew from maintenance already to get me started with my garage. All around I’m looking forward to living here and having reliable people to lean on:)

I've had a good experience renting from Forbes Management so far. The apartment appears to be in good shape and ready for me. Paula was very helpful and insightful in showing my family and I around the different properties and ultimately helping us through the application process.

The team at Forbes Management were incredibly helpful when I inquired about one of their units. A lot of the management companies in PGH don't usually accommodate virtual tours or tour on Saturdays. This is especially difficult when you have to take time off work to tour units. Not only did the leasing staff ( shout-out to Jenny)go the extra mile to find me my next home that fit every criteria that I was looking for but also schedule virtual tours for me! I'm so glad I decided to rent with Forbes Management!

I've rented through Forbes for almost 4 years and have had a great experience. The office staff is always very responsive to questions. The maintenance team is FANTASTIC, especially Tony. The team is always quick to response to fix the issue. It's a very intimate thing to have a stranger enter your home either when you're there or not, but I have always felt comfortable with them entering my home.
