I had a really positive experience with Central City Medical Clinic – Denning Health Group. I’ve seen some reviews saying the doctors are great but the front desk isn’t, but honestly, I’m not sure why they had that kind of experience. For me, the front desk staff were helpful and patient. Of course, they do have limited (5-7) walk-in slots, and the ladies at the front desk often have to repeat the same information — like “you have to line up at 5 AM for walk-in or book an appointment” — to multiple people throughout the day. I can imagine how answering the same question over and over could be tiring, and maybe that’s why some people feel they were rude. But from what I saw, they were still doing their best and handling a busy clinic with professionalism. Overall, I’m happy with the care and service I received here.

The clinic does a good job overall. The doctors are great and take good care of their patients of course. The front desk staff they do the job and keep things organized which helps the clinic run smoothly everyday. Make sure you read the paper posted on the door before lining up, it shows how many patients can get in for walk-ins in a day. If it says 8 that means i; if it says 4, that means 4. Don’t wait around or get upset when you come late and they’ve reached their limit. If you don’t wanna line up you can also try booking online instead of giving the front desk a hard time. Don’t also leave a low rating just because of the wait times of the clinic, it’s busy and they’re just doing their best to help everyone fairly. Seriously, don’t wait outside if their limit reached don’t complain don’t be upset. Read the paper that’s posted.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Tom is an excellent doctor who truly takes the time to listen. He is very patient, never makes you feel rushed, and gives thoughtful advice that makes you feel cared for and supported. I really appreciate his calm and understanding approach, and I always leave my appointments feeling reassured and well looked after. Highly recommend!

The one lady at reception is always icy and comes off as rude. I get that a chunk of patients are rude and disrespectful but don't treat us all like that. I always have to wait over an hour to see my doctor. Dr. Leonid Vinnitsky is wonderful but he seems to be behind schedule (I don't think this is his fault). I am wondering if it's because they take in walk-ins still alongside patient appointments. Regardless, appointments should always come before walk-ins. I've been a patient of Vinnitsky's since 2008/2009 so I've seen all the trials and errors of the clinic but it's not really improved by much. I've also seen people whose appointments who are after mine go in before me which doesn't help. Do better Surrey Central Medical clinic please.
