Formula One Autocentres - Woodford Green

Damaged one of my alloy during tyre fitting. I had taken good photos that morning as record to compare, however Nathan and his team were quite rude, dismissive and deny any responsibility when brought up, and tried to gaslight me with a lot of excuses. Furthermore, all four alloys and tyres were covered in grease, and they refused to wipe them off, left me with a massive mess to clean up at home. lastly, tyre pressure on all four tyres were wildly off (they should be 250kpa all round). I have lodge a formal complaint for the service provided, and demand compensation for the damaged alloy.

Really disorganised, no due care or attention. Had tyres replaced, came out with pressure all different in all Four tyres. Took almost two hours to change. Supposed to do an alignment /tracking and told I had to come back next day as couldn’t do it due to time constraints. Booked in for 10am and turned up on time next morning to be told booked in for 11am waited again delays and at 12 was seen to only to be told ramp not big enough. Surely could’ve see that at the outset when the car was booked in. Won’t be beaten on price guarantee is a nonsense. Shop around

The prices were very reasonable and competitive. Jade Pinney was very helpful in giving us a free upgrade to another set of tyres when the ones we initially ordered were out of stock. However, i wasn't happy with one of the receptionists. His tone and attitude was poor. Also, the tyres seem squeaky after having them fitted and each tyre was left with white paint/grease.
