Kerrie BellExtremely disappointed in this company! Have a washing machine that the drum was out of balance. Told the company the year make model of the machine as well as the problem before setting the appointment. The repairman could hardly speak english, had a VERY hard time understanding him. He had no knowledge of how to take the top off the machine. He tried to pry it off instead of unscrewing the back. He kept messing with the knobs, now the settings are not the same on the machine. He spent 30 minutes trying to put it in a spin cycle, I guess to prove we were correct in knowing what the problem was. He was on the phone off and on talking in his language so we dont know who he was talking to or why he wasnt working on the machine. He didnt secure the top of the machine or the lid so it kept falling down. Had to hold it for him. He finally put new rods to hold the drum in place but had to use a hammer to do it. A 30 minute job turned into a hour and a half. He was very frustrating to work with. He left with the machine its self out of balance. Had to put a pad under one of the legs to make it level after he left. I trusted all the 5 star ratings but I was totally fooled. Use this company at your own risk!
