Andrew will smile and act accommodating when you sign, but the moment you give notice that you won't be renewing, the mask comes off. Emails? Ignored. Calls? Never returned. Voicemails? Pointless. Here’s the kicker: during our move-out inspection, we were explicitly told “everything looks great.” SEVERAL Weeks later — long after we had vacated — we suddenly get charged for “damages” on the exterior of the building that magically appeared after the fact. When we asked for clarification or proof, silence. No explanation, no accountability, just a blatant cash grab. This isn’t just shady — it’s predatory. Their business model seems to rely on squeezing departing tenants with bogus charges and then stonewalling when questioned. Speaking with previous tenants to my space who both had the identical experience. If you value transparency, professionalism, or basic honesty, STAY FAR, FAR AWAY. Leasing with them is a trap you’ll regret. IT WILL COST YOU THOUSANDS to leave.

We had an issue with our front door FIGHTING anyone who tried to open it. It took only 2 business days before Fortress had it fixed for us. 1 to assess and 1 to do the work. That's impressive service. Thanks Fortress!

I’ve been with fortress for 10 years. Never have had a problem. Anything wrong with the property a quick call and someone is there that day or the next. Property is alway kepted up, very easy to deal with and the people that are at the office are always a joy to work with. Renewing the lease was easy and they worked with me and helped me thru the process. 👍
