Was very disappointed that they refused to deposit an estate cheque c/o to me the executor. They gave no assistance as to how to get money deposited. Sent me away! Long time member and was more than disappointed. Really felt like they didn’t care about me or my business.

They are helpful on their time, seams like loan advisors have no time to send you an email back when wanting to know about simple things about your loan, I don't like calling and would rather email but it's hard when they won't respond then you find out they are on holidays... very inconvenient

Debit cards dont work a lot of the time. There printers are " always down" Service levels have fallen They are not going to keep my business
