2018/03/05 EDIT: After complaining on the reviews and attempting to contact them many times, FINALLY the T4 information appeared on my CRA Account, which is good and then I can at least fill my Federal tax return properly, but for the Québec one, I don't know if I can fill it without my RL1 that they didn't send to me. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- OLD REVIEW: Just like last year, I'm struggling to get my T4 and RL1 slips with this company. I don't work in this company anymore and I just need those slips of 15 days of work in 2018 to be able to do my obligation of filling my taxes. They are obligated to send those files until February 28th and until now I haven't received them and I'm unable to get any resolution from this company, even if I'm in contact with a good person and helpful Team Leader (who unfortunately is also being unable to get a resolution from the rest of the people. I try to call them, I send e-mails and no response/reach. I just ask Fusion BPO to deliver this slips to me, I can pick there, receive electronically or by mail. They should have delivered it until February 28th, today is March 6th and I haven't received yet. I only recommend working there if you are REALLY in a need (first job in Canada, hunger because of no money, risk of being homeless, etc.), because the amount of stress for a low-wage is insane, and I'm still getting stressed because of them even if I don't work there since Jan 2018. I'll update this review if I receive the slips.
