Unacceptable level of customer service. This company contacted me in September 2021 saying I had a balance to pay Telus. The lady was rude and aggressive in her manner. I agreed to pay a small amount each month. However after one payment they stopped taking the monthly payments. I contacted Telus and was informed that they had made a mistake and I did not owe anything. 18months later I have received a letter saying that the same balance is outstanding and I am to contact them! I have tried calling 3 times today only to be cut off. I wonder if this company is legit with the lack of professionalism that they have in dealing with customer. My local police will be informed as well as the fraud company. They are not behaving in an acceptable manner whatso ever. I have emailed and am waiting for a reply. It will be interesting to see if I even receive one!

I believe it is not a scam I owe money for long time 750 credit matik and 200 PayPal and I believe they are claiming me the total with interest for only 1800$ today with their letter seems pretty honest I guess it will be paid jus figured out how to set bill payments on my account they will hear from me...

I think this is fraudulent. Got a letter that money is owed to ADT securities when I tried to understand more as no money is owed , the agent said she can’t give me an amount or any details. When I said that the information is not correct and inquired about how to dispute it and if I should hire a lawyer the agent laughed at me then proceeded to say that maybe the payment has not been reflected it , I said no money is owed and it has been paid monthly , she started yelling saying that she has no time to argue with me and she has other clients and hung up on me. So yeah not a legit way of doing business.

This place almost seems like a scam. their email on letter head does not work why don t they have a 514 number in Montreal? I phoned the 800 number for Telus and ended up in Philippines now I am worried I have been scammed
