Georgetown Hospital has continued to be a great experience for me. I have had everything from a simple lab work up to a surgery to medical emergencies they have handled for me and my kids. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. I will always choose my hometown hospital when I can.

Edit* It’s been three months since I delivered my daughter, and I still cannot figure out how to pay my bill after speaking with people at the hospital and the debt collectors that they have sent my bills to . All I want to do is set up a payment plan, Because like everyone else on this planet, who just had a baby, I don’t have a bunch of money laying around to pay these bills in full . The hospital keeps telling me that I will receive something in the mail to set up a payment plan, but instead, I have only received phone calls from multiple different Debt collectors who tell me they do not offer payment plans. I don’t ever want to go back to this hospital just because of the billing. It’s sad because I really did have a good experience at the hospital itself. I recently delivered a baby at Georgetown hospital and the experience was very good overall. The doctor & nurses were amazing, the food was great, we were very well cared for. I would recommend delivering here to anyone I meet. As a first time mom I was clueless, delivering my baby 5 weeks early. Their team of nurses helped educate me, care for me & make me feel safe. Everything went perfectly, much better than I was expecting. I was very happy with my delivery, our stay & most importantly the care they provided for my baby & I. They even made sure my husband was taken care of providing us meals we didnt even ask for & checking in on us very regularly. After getting home the company they use for billing was awful to deal with so Dalton at the hospital helped me set up a payment plan through another company & apologized to me for the inconveniences from the outside company. Everyone at Georgetown has been professional & done an outstanding job at caring for my child & I during our stay, in the outpatient lab & now afterwards with the billing issues.

Every staff member was kind, patient, and professional. Every staff member added value to the team at Georgetown Community Hospital. They provided me with the smoothest experience for any hospital in my lifetime. BTW, I am 58 years old. I have been coming to the Georgetown Community Hospital Infusion Center every week for over a year, and I can't say enough positive things about the team here. The staff is absolutely amazing—always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. I usually have Patrick as my nurse, and he is absolutely amazing. He, and the entire team, consistently make the experience as comfortable and easy as possible. I drive an hour and a half each way just to come to this specific hospital, and it is 100% worth the drive for the exceptional level of care they provide. I'm so grateful for them and highly recommend this infusion center to anyone.
