After several traumatic encounters in the Ermergency Department, I was reluctant to go into the ER for several years. My granddaughter took me in the other day with flu like symptoms and I have to give crediti when credit is due. The staff nurses and doctors were all very pleasant and attended me quickly after arriving. I was really impressed with the improvement. The wait time that day was good. There's always one in the mix that could have done better and been more pleasant, but the hospital is deserving of a 4 Stars for this visit. One recommendation would be to take swabs to zero in the virus you're dealing with. You would think the Department of Health would need to know those numbers. I am impressed and keep up the good work. Thank you.

The treatment I received at Campbellford hospital was amazing. Starting with the paramedics to the nurses and doctors. I cannot say enough about how efficient knowledgeable and professional the staff here are. This is not my first time having to use this hospital and each experience has been the same. The are truly amazing and I feel blessed to have received such great treatment and kindness as a time when I was most vulnerable. Superstars!!!

RUDE Nurses, Doctor's that DON'T Make rounds...EVER!!! They over talk you, treat you horrible n' EVERY nurse has their Own rules they play by. They are NEVER on time for meds. One person say one thing n' then another one says something Completely different. After a week in hospital I've gotten NO BETTER. N' have started sliding back to how I was feeling when I first came here Sunday, it's Friday now. When you question or point out the horrible care I have them say stuff repeatedly like "if you don't like it you can go home". This is seriously the Worst hospital I've Ever stayed at or been to in 45 years of My life. I'm getting less treatment now then when I've arrived. I hope when they do build this hospital that they get MUCH Better staff, nurses, doctors and the people behind the desks on the floors. Food isn't good either even by hospital standards. They bring the wrong meals and blend food. N' EVERYTHING takes a Ridiculous amount of time to get done. At night time it's SLIGHTLY n' I mean Very Slightly better. But ONLY because there's not as many staff. The more staff the WORSE this place seems to run. I wish what's wrong with Me was more minor so I could leave. They've made Me feel trapped here by their incompetence. But come ToNight I'm pretty sure I'm leaving if I'm not being treated. I've been waiting since just after 11 for the one out of two doctors n' that includes the ER doctor to review My MRI n' decide a course of treatment. I have WORST Symptoms then I had when I came in. Absolutely Ridiculous that NO ONE is HELPING or doing their Jobs. This Health Care is a JOKE. 💯%

My mother unfortunately had a bad reaction to mixing her medication. The hospital works in a prioritized manner, but nurses do a great job. Yes, we had to wait a long time, but left there feeling confident about the scenario. Everyone needs to remember there are things happening 24/7 and triage is essential to make sure people get urgent care. Thank you to the staff.
