Marco FloresThe service is not the problem, it is the inefficient way they run the place and the amount of time wasted. It takes an over an hour to speak to someone at the counter and all 12 people waiting in the small waiting area were not happy about it. I assume this happens often. I don’t blame the staff. I blame management for not doing its job. They should find a better way to manage this supply house.
Jorge GaitanHorrible experience. The plumber arrived to my house yesterday and could not take off a screw to figure out what cartridge was going to be required to stop the leak in my tub faucet. Before he quoted me any price on the fix, he then started drilling to open the faucet when I stopped him and asked for a price. He then called the central office which called me back and revised their original price. They were so expensive that I immediately cancelled the visit and sent the tech home. Do not hire this company they are going to try and find a way to take your money for a job that costs 1/2 as much. I hired a new plumber and he fixed the issue at 1/2 the price.
