Glowing Flame Yoga is wonderfully therapeutic! The instructor, Gabriella, is amazing and hits all the key elements for an exceptional yoga experience. 1) She’s gorgeous! It is inspiring to watch her beauty immersed with her agility, strength and coordination. 2) Gabriella brings her high level of intelligence to her practice in a way that is welcoming. The way she teaches makes you feel better than how you arrived. Gabriella has an elite athletic resume and knows the human anatomy, consequently she has the skill set to guide your awareness to your own body so that YOU UNDERSTAND how to seek optimal alignment. 3) Her yoga sessions always start and end with a positive meditation to improver your person, as well as statements of gratitude towards nature and our environment.. In the background, she plays music and you feel like you’ve left reality for an hour and entered into a Zen yoga retreat. You will leave feeling stronger, like you just had an excellent workout, but you will also leave feeling exceedingly refreshed and invigorated.
