If you need a room in the Fortune area, this is the place to stay. The rooms are luxurious. The beds are so comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and spacious also. If you are taking the ferry, Jay will arrange for a free shuttle to and from the terminal. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Jay also arranged for us to leave our car and traveling fridge behind while we went for an overnight trip to St Pierre. Thanks for making this part of our trip memorable.

Our visit to St. Pierre was made all the much better by connecting with Brian Rose who operates the Hotel Fortune. The hotel rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious as well as affordable. It is newly renovated and very well done with all amenities. Brian is a very friendly and helpful host. He provides a service to store your vehicle and he will shuttle you to the St. Pierre ferry and bring you back to your vehicle upon your return. We were happy with our stay there and would surely return.

Nice clean motel type. Convenient for the St Pierre Ferry. Beds are very comfortable but a bit high. The host provides a stool. All rooms are on the ground floor. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel. Be sure to eat before you get there in a neighboring town.

My wife and I "booked" our accommodationserry triphotel accommodations thru "Stagehead Tours" (Bryan and Michelle). The picture displayed is the room we stay in! All the amenities (wifiridgewriting table) are available. If you want a cozy place just to relax there is foyer outside your door. |I can't find a "Tripadvisor" for Stage Head Tours, Fortune so I'' review it here. This tour company is "over the top" when it comes to making your once in a life time trip a reality and ensuring that it both perfect and memorable. Bryan & Michelle made this possible by "booking" our room at the Fortune Hotel, purchasing our ferry tickets (to and from St Pierre, France) and two nights stay at the Auberge Hotel. No need for a car as staff were at the both piers to pick you up and take you to hotel. As well BryanMichelle made reservations for supper at two different restaurants in St Pierre. As well when we got back from St Pierre, Bryan recommended and made reservations for us in Trinity to go whale watching. (I submitted a Tripadvisor review for that portion of out trip) |I can't express how much we appreciated the hospitality and assistance provided by Stage Head Tours. If your thinking of visiting Nfld these are the people to talk too.
