I bought a large screen TV at this store 14 months ago. I’m having problems with it now.I needed to make sure that I had a copy of the receipt. The lady behind the customer service desk was named Carmen. She could not have been more professional and pleasant in helping me. She is a wonderful employee Who was helpful And she accomplished my goal, which was getting that receipt. It showed that I had a three-year warranty Which would expire in May 2026. Employees like her or one of the reasons along with price that I shop at BJ’s. I had misplaced my card and she gave me a new one on the spot also. Carmen is a real great asset to your company. I visited this store for the first time on Sunday 27 Oct. It is a clean and organized store, and I would go back. For the most part, cashiers and those working at the self check-out seem helpful and attentive, but my reason for a 3 star is because of some floor staff. I was looking for a particular hygienic item in the section where all these items are typically found, but i could not find anything like it. I went to another section of the store to ask for help and a young man ( I didn't get his name ) just casually pointed at that same section, where he said I should be able to find it, I mentioned I could not see any, he simply continued with whatever he was doing. As I got no help there, I went back to that area and found another floor staff member, Manuela, who works in that section who after I described what i was looking for also pointed to that same section; even when she was a few steps away from the location, she would not accompany me to show me where the item was! After I got a bit frustrated I went back to ask her if she could help me find where exactly was the location of the item; she went with me that time and after looking around realized she actually never listened to what I said i was looking for the first time around, at that moment she pointed out that no, in fact they did not carry that item. She then shrugged and walked away, uninterested on any further assistance. People like these two young staff should never work at a store like this, they are on the floor and do not care at all about any customers, they are rude and uninterested to help the people who buy the store products and make their salaries possible. BJs does itself a huge disservice by not monitoring or checking the way their staff behaves. Although I did ask from a self check-out person that i wanted to to talk to a manager, after waiting for over 20 min and the manager not showing up, I decided to leave.

First time visiting this store perhaps over 8 years living in Kendall. I used to go to the one in Sunset, but I am glad I have more than 1 choice. The store is well located, with easy access through Kendall Dr or.88th st. Parking is available. The prices are pretty much the same. The quality of products does not differ from other stores. I love the freshness of the veggies, meats, and bakery products. The variety of cheeses is something I also like about BJ's, however lately they are missing my very love Burrata cheese which sometimes redirects me to Publix as first choice. As every BJ's the store is plenty of wines. I could find Catena malbec which is great since this is not always available at BJs. The long line to pay scared me. Without exaggeration, it was almost 4 blocks, all the way to the back and turning around. I would like to congratulate all employees who help reducing the waiting time. I paid in less than 10 min, honestly. They do take initiative caring for us, giving directions to people in line, making the payment process easier, and therefore keeping the line on moving. The self-pay option is greatly appreciated. Overall I had an excellent experience and surely I will come back soon.
