From the moment I first connected with him, Stephen has been incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I deal with many companies being a consumer, and I can confidently say that the level of service I received from Stephen is beyond my expectations. Just want to post a quick note of appreciation for the quality of service my wife and I received today at Medigas In Belleville. We entered a bit flustered to to an appointment we had mixed up and left feeling we had been looked after to the highest of quality. I Thank You So Much for the quality service you provided.

Stephen always explains things very clearly and is helpful with Sunlife but . . . I've left messages that I'm coming into town from 45 minutes away and leave a message if I could make an appointment. Three times he has never called me back. I once talked to a Brett Rombough and he looked at my file and emailed my prescription so I could submit it with my mask, (excellent.) But when I dropped back in to get a strap that wasn't included with my mask. I wasn't allowed to see Steve and the older guy couldn't even find my receipt from two weeks prior. He said I should wait 10 minutes, with a friend waiting for me. Finally I caught Steve's eye and he came out. He said I got the mask free so I didn't need a strap, to use my old one ( which was dirty.) I said I paid for the mask and I was really angry. Turns out it was not input into the system correctly. The place has only one person to help me and the rest are an incompetent bunch. Medigas has me literally by the throat and does not have any competition. It's a medical rip off when you are dependent every night on the company.
