First I just want to say the customer service was amazing. The equipment worked just fine. There was plenty of staff keeping the place clean which was great. However, there was extremely long wait times for equipment. It was hot, musty, and overcrowded in the gym most days I went. I thought there would be an opportunity for socializing and meeting new people here. Not really. Everyone is doing their own thing. The only reason I kept going to this gym is to workout alongside one of the ladies. But that only goes so far. I actually need to get my sets done. I am giving 2 stars because again, the customer service was amazing. However, my gym session lasted too long because of the long wait times. Way too overcrowded though

I had an incredible experience at Gold’s Gym. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a solid workout. But the real highlight was the assistance I received from Charlotte. She went above and beyond—super knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me improve. Her guidance made a huge difference in my training. Highly recommend this location, especially if you get the chance to work with Charlotte!

It has ample equipment compared to other gyms I have been to. It has everything you need to get a good workout in. Great parking, very close and you don’t have to pay. Staff is so friendly especially Charlotte and Rachel! My sister recommended me here and I am very happy she did.

I just signed up to this gym. Great place. I made a lot of friends and a lot of 10 out of 10s here. They only gripe is that there's no hack squad. Please add a hack squat 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
