We LOVE Alex and the team at Golden Glove Fitness! My fiance and I started working out with Alex over 2 months ago to get in shape for the big day. He was diligent in understanding our fitness goals and assessing our current fitness level. Immediately he put together a program that was challenging and within the first 2 weeks delivered results. We always look forward to our workout... even though it's generally before sunrise! Alex is always extremely flexible in his hours to make sure we never miss a workout! Whether you're looking for a personal trainer or to learn boxing, I would 1000% recommend Golden Gloves Fitness!

I have been going to Golden Gloves Fitness for a little while now and there is no concise way to articulate how much I have benefited from my time here. Alex maintains a welcoming atmosphere and ensures that you will not leave this place without having had a good workout. Alex is a great trainer and provides a workout tailored to your needs. Golden Gloves is a great place for anyone interested in gaining self-confidence. As a result of my time here, I am now able to more effectively meet new people and make new friends, which I've really benefitted from given that I'm in my first year of university. Learning how to defend myself at Golden Gloves has allowed me to feel more comfortable walking to class Downtown Toronto by myself, sometimes fairly early in the morning. Academically speaking, I have also seen a significant improvement in my grades since attending Golden Gloves. I find that I am now more focused and able to retain more information when doing my schoolwork as well as less stressed when midterms or finals come around. The coach is fantastic, and the facility is well equipped and clean at all times. It’s laid out well so you never feel cramped and always have space to move. Complete with all the bags you could need, space out back for extra cardio/conditioning stuff, and even a ring. Very fair pricing and great coaching make this the best place to train boxing in town.
