Customer experiences
I was genuinely impressed by my personal training session with Pedro. He was attentive, understanding, and completely non-judgmental, while still giving honest and constructive feedback. In just one hour, I learned proper squat form tailored to my body structure, got introduced to deadlifts, and had all my questions about diet and workouts addressed. I walked out feeling more confident, informed, and excited to keep going to the gym. The insights Pedro gave me will definitely help me in my future fitness progress. My session with him was honestly transformational. I highly recommend Pedro as a personal trainer — truly one of the best.
love this gym! It’s always super clean and well-maintained, which makes working out so much more enjoyable. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and communicative—they're always available to answer questions and make sure you feel supported. They send great reminders for classes and membership updates, and they’re really accommodating if you ever need to adjust your schedule. The front desk team is the best—so welcoming and positive every time I walk in. Most importantly, the environment is comfortable and motivating. Whether you’re just starting out or a regular, they make everyone feel like part of the community. Highly recommend!
Was a member here years ago and recently came back. Still one of the nicest gyms I’ve been to. Very clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
GoodLife Ancaster is the definition of false advertising. The sign on the door proudly says “Open 24 Hours,” yet when I finished my workout at 10 PM and stepped out to grab my bag from the car, I was denied re-entry to shower. I explained clearly: I just needed ten minutes and, importantly, I would have been inside at that exact time anyway had I simply kept my belongings in a locker. The staff member told me he didn’t care and that he had to be back at work by 7 AM. I don’t blame him; in fact, I sympathized. But this isn’t a worker issue it’s a management issue. You cannot promote yourself as a 24-hour facility while simultaneously enforcing policies that undercut that claim. What members are left with is a service that is inconsistent, misleading, and frankly disrespectful to the people who pay for it. A “24-hour gym” that locks out its own members at 10 PM is not a 24-hour gym, it’s a joke.
GoodLife Fitness Ancaster Wilson and McClure is a gym.
