GoodLife Fitness Windsor Manning and Tecumseh

Terrible gym. Old, ugly and outdated. Trash and old equipment. No space for people. Never book here because their policies will trap you. I got sick and I can’t go anymore. They WILL NOT give you a refund no matter what. They are very uptight about it. Never join any GoodLife fitness ever. Way too expensive and trash policies. I will never book with them in my whole life ever again.

I’ve been to my share of gyms over the years. The gals (Kristi and Jen) at Good Life in Tecumseh were two of the friendliest and most helpful employees I’ve ever come across. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is very evident. If you have an “Employee of the Month Award”, they should both get it. Brad

We have been to each GoodLife in Windsor and this one we keep coming back to. Great location, staff are friendly, not over crowded and equipment is well spaced out. Slightly inconvenient during the summer when they open it up to the teens as they don’t seem to be taught how to use equipment or basic gym etiquette HOWEVER I do think it is great they offer it as the kids could be out doing other not great things. Maybe they could do a little more of an introduction to them so they don’t hurt themself throwing around weights and doing exercises incorrectly, and teach them basic etiquette. Small inconvenience for a few months, nothing major. Seriously though, staff are always awesome and friendly. We love going 5 times a week to this location!
