They helped have the warranty confirmed on our original tank and were there in under two hours to do the swap. Brandon was extremely efficient and even helped me remove the old water heater from the basement. They deal with frustrated home owners all day every day and made the experience so much easier in the process.

Not a big review guy but I was in a Jam. Gowing got referred to us by a retired plumber in the Cambridge area as we were told we can rely on these guys. Called up and within 3 hours someone had been on site, he showed up ready to work and do the job (Jon H) got right to work, really nice lad as well, He did Percision work around my tile to save me another repair and changed my copper fittings and tub spout in a rare tight corner situation behind tile (with no access panel) If you need plumbing services, I highly recommend this honest service!
