MC QuinnExcellent support and care from Dr Nasser-Sheikh and team at Simpson House yesterday. The GP was extremely thorough and proactive in getting me treatment and care needed, fitting me in with nurse, Shelley for a booster jab at the practice at short notice and also contacting local hospital. She was very persistent, waiting on hold til she was able to speak with someone and ensure I got a course of IV antibiotics. I am extremely grateful for the support and care I received. Thank you 🙏
Przemek Sukiennikone of the worst clinics I've been to. nothing can be done. the reception staff is incompetent and rude. they brush people off, don't answer the phone, don't inform about postponed visits. after presenting a letter from the emergency department with a referral for orthopedic tests, the woman at the reception said that it doesn't make sense to send me there because I'm too young. for 5 months I've been asking for help with leg ailments. and every time they ask me how they can help me? I ask for a blood test, they support it with tests from a few years ago and say that everything is ok... over 5 months ago I went with leg pain and until now I haven't received any help from this clinic. not even a referral for other tests... because of the ailments I can't work... I don't recommend choosing this GP. this facility is not fit to be called a MEDICAL CLINIC.
James BucklandAnother good experience this morning with this excellent surgery. I always feel listened to and supported. This is my third face to face visit to the surgery. I have had appointments with Doctors Ghandi & Islam and today with Maria the nurse. All three offering me great care, kindness and support. At the age of 62 I have been registered with a number of surgeries over the years and Simpson House if by far the best!

They put me at ease with their warm, caring manner, and I hardly felt a thing during the blood draw! It was clear that they were experienced and highly knowledgeable. The whole experience left me feeling reassured and well cared for. This GP surgery goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend them for their excellent medical care and the compassionate attitude of their team. An absolute credit to the NHS!
