I had an excellent experience with the Sparrow Urgent Care in Grand Ledge. I appreciate their acknowledgement of how seriously ill my grandchild was and immediately had us back in a room. The MA who took the history, the NP who did the exam and the staff who performed the breathing treatment were all very informative and professional. When it was determined that an ambulance transfer was needed, they provided my grandchild with a few toys for the ride to make them more comfortable. EMS quickly arrived, report and handoff of care was quick. I truly appreciate everyone who took such awesome care of us, Thank You!

Absolutely awful experience at this clinic, I was very sick and it took 2 and a half hours to see the practitioner. After lunch time it’s like they shut down bringing back patients. Total time was 4 hours. There is nothing urgent about this urgent care, go somewhere else or to an ER if you need help urgently.

Staff were really helpful and kept an eye on my little one while I had xrays done. However I went to clean his binky that hit the floor in the sink and checked the cleanliness of it before hand by wiping it with a paper towel..... came away with what appeared to be BLACK MOLD. When I pointed out to a nurse, she proceed to say, "Oh yeah, all the sinks here are like that. The water here is disgusting" makes me question the sterilization of the place. How can you clean your hands if the sinks have black mold growing on them?

Arrived at 1:00pm, 8th in line. We were checked in fairly fast - and then the wait began. We watched in horror as 1 patient was called back at a time. 2 hours later, we were 6th in line. We found out(overhearing a conversation between the front desk and another patient) that a provider didn’t show up. That happens. I get that. But we were not warned of this. This provider was taking on average 41 minutes per patient. One at a time. We left for the Lansing Urgent Care and were immediately taken to the back, in and out time was 30 minutes. This location has a 2.8 rating. Please be careful - this seems to be a reoccurring issue and they clearly do not know how to resolve it.
