We’ve been buying several different lines of insurance through Steve for 10 years now. He has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. He’s been quick to respond and is quite knowledgeable. UNDERPERFORMED: Reviewer is in the process of switching auto insurance. 1. Incomplete Quote Agency's quote incomplete vs submitted competitor quotes. 2. Unanswered Email - 3 day non-response to questions regarding agency quote. 3. Late Responses Agency replied late 2X vs due date provided.. 4. PROBLEM: Too established... Too comfortable... or Too under-motivated. ..................... UPDATE: Owner response is disingenuous, standard posturing, gratuitous in nature, and inaccurate. Clear pattern of poor response time not addressed at all... and no accountability assumed within Owner response. What attitude does this paint? Not what I'm looking for in an insurance agent when competence and reliability can have a big impact... vs. excuses and making the customer wrong. ..... Owner response below demonstrates CONTRADICTION: Our records indicate that your email was NEVER LEFT UNANSWERED for three days. We are working to IMPROVE our process so special requests are handled FASTER.
I've worked with Steve for years handling multiple properties and auto policies. He's responsive and cuts to the chase, which I appreciate. Appreciate the great service.
