My son is usually nervous with new doctors, especially when it comes to dental visits, but Dr. Bishop and her entire team were absolutely amazing with him. They talked to him and made him part of the conversation instead of just talking to the parents. They answered all of his questions first, which did wonders for his confidence and comfort. They also laid out a clear, step-by-step plan moving forward—orthodontist, oral surgery, timing, everything. It simplified the process for us as a family and took a lot of the stress out of it. It’s rare to find a team that combines genuine kindness, professionalism, and the ability to make a kid feel heard and involved. We’re extremely grateful for the care, and I’d recommend Dr. Bishop and Grandville Dental to anyone.
