Gray yoga is such a wonderful, and welcoming, community. The yoga studio is quaint without the ego that comes with some of corporate yoga studios. The teachers are very knowledgeable and provide options for all levels of yogis. Shout out to Leesa and Jenna! Mikaela has done such an incredible job with Gray Yoga, forever grateful!

A cute, intimate studio conveniently located on Grandview. Mikaela's Hot Power Yoga is my absolute favorite and I look forward to it every week. It challenges me and it's been so gratifying to see my progression over the past several months. Highly recommend!

When I started doing Yoga around 2019, I was at an incredible low in my life. I was dealing with a lot of trauma and loss that seemed to be consuming every part of my being. I found a small yoga studio called Ceremony by my house in Westminster that, little did I know, would become my rock through it all. I took up practicing Yin yoga several times a week and connected with several truly wonderful teachers. It wasn't just a place where I could go to do some stretching and give my body relief after installing floors all day. The studio became my spiritual center. It became the place where I could go to engage in a pure act of self-love towards myself, and be fully present in a positive way, lost in the moment, at a time when that felt almost impossible in any other part of my life. Needless to say, I was devastated when the studio closed. In a way it felt like the ground fell out. I struggled with my spirituality, lost the community there, and my body and spirit suffered. It had been such a profound thing in my life that I had a really hard time imagining going anywhere else. I am happy to say that after several years, I have found Gray Yoga; a studio that truly has helped me to reconnect with all that I lost when my old one closed. Every teacher is wonderful. I feel my spiritual connection strengthening again. I feel my body thanking me. I have a place to go to let go and practice self love in it's purest form. I am so grateful. The other night after class I was walking to my car and felt completely present walking through the breeze; my body buzzing with gratitude and bliss. I couldn't help but think "I am so grateful for my life right now." What a wonderful place. Thank you so much.

Gray Yoga is an incredible studio! All the instructors are kind, accommodating and understanding of different needs. The studio is peaceful and bright. I would not go anywhere else!
