We used to love this financial institution when it was Oxford bank. We had been banking with them since 2005. Then GreenState bought them out and it's been a real disappointment ever since. Customer service has gone down the toilet, both in person and online. You get treated there like you're just another number and not a valued customer. Did a balance transfer on their credit card and the payment got lost in the mail! It took 6 weeks to rectify all the while still praying the other card and higher interest. I find their mobile app and website is difficult to navigate. We have been receiving online statements for a while now and then all of sudden, one of my joint accounts is getting paper statements and getting charged $3.50 a month?! No notice!! Wth?? Needless to say, we haven't had a very good experience with GreenState and we will be looking to close accounts here. So sad too..... losing long term customers. Try them out at your own risk.

My husband and I had the absolute best experience with Jenny in Plainfield. She took the time to get to know us and went through options that would set us up for a successful financial future. You can tell she really cares about her members! We are now planning on moving most of our banking to the credit union because our great experience with her! We also were greeted by the sweetest teller who didn’t let us leave without bringing us a picnic blanket for our family. Definitely recommend!

No military friendly ! accusing a service member lying on his deployment while he is deployed 😿, that’s a crime right there while you are out of state it’s over ! blocking your card anytime , you have to call them every single time you want to make a purchase , when you decide to use better bank it’s hard for them to work with another bank ! never recommend in my community If I had a chance to give 0 star , I would
