Wife made a appointment for a oil change on 1/16/26., arrived at 10:30.. later she was told that they are working on it.. waited for four hours with 2 small kids in the lobby only for the tech to casually say they "got nothing done" "didn't get to it" waisted a whole day.. Not sure who is running this store but this is extremely unacceptable...

There were a couple shady things that happened here but the tipping point for me was: I was going to get my car’s trade in value. They end up showing me a car and giving a good deal with lots of promises, so I agreed to maybe buy the car with cash- I made it very clear multiple times from the beginning and every time they asked that I did NOT want to finance a car. They said I had to sign a contract before I negotiated further. They said they needed my SSN in order to confirm my identity, and that they would not run a credit check. The salesman came back after talking to the finance manager and basically said “Hey sorry so we have to run a soft check on your credit as part of the identity confirmation so we are doing that now. It will only affect your score by like 5 points so it’s not a big deal.” Umm.. okay? I ended up not going through with the purchase for various reasons revolving around the sketchiness of promises made and then gone back on. Went home and found out they ran a hard check against my credit and it went down 15 points. I’m guessing that’s because they really wanted to convince me to finance a car, even after I said maybe 10 times that I really did not want to. I would not personally recommend buying here
