This clinic is currently closed and has been for 2 months now, after we paid to have access to the Nurse Practitioner there. The pharmacy often messes up utterly straight-forward orders. I do not recommend. Management is horrible.

This clinic is a prime reason privatizing health services in Ontario was a bad choice. I would suggest by the service and actions of this clinic under the direction of your controlling officers that it’s only intention when moving into Thunder Bay was to make more money. It has been a revolving door of nurses, receptionists, and technicians since my first appointment. Your “new to town taking new clients” launch was a perfect Segway into the monthly service charge, I mean you just gained all these new vulnerable clients craving some health care in the nation. Then that service charge doubled within a few months, yet the service and appointment availability started to descend. Looking forward to next years increase So once again in 20 years of trying to fix myself with this messed up health care system I am hung out to dry. Over forty years contributing to Canada health care and this is what I’ve just come to expect. I strongly suggest answering the calls and emails from your fed up clients so your neglect doesn’t become more public. The nice thing about moving your clinic into the private sector is that mal-practice suits are dealt with much quicker then in public health. I am sorry that I wont get the free coffee you’re offering us all for a 5 star, quite honestly I’d be happier if you focused on good service rather then give-a-ways for reviews

My family have been seeing the Nurse Practitioners here for over a year now. We are very satisfied with the service they provide. They are very friendly, concerned about our health (always on top of blood tests, Pap smears, checking blood pressure etc.). The pharmacists there are also very helpful. They provide information about the medications, how to take it, cuts the pills if you ask etc. The management in this place is also great. Overall I have had great experience here.

i have never had more terrible experiences than i have had at this office. i’ve been a patient here for two years. my issues have never been with the nurse practitioners, but the pharmacy staff and reception. the pharmacy has messed up my prescriptions numerous of times. receptionists have been rude and unprofessional, then tell you to give them a good review on google for a tim hortons gift card. this place is going down and going down fast. i’m very grateful that my nurse practitioner has moved to another location so i don’t have to deal with this awful place ever again.
