I had such an amazing experience at this pharmacy with Jon! After surgery on a Friday evening, I had a prescription that I really needed filled... I called almost every pharmacy in town, no one could mix the med until Monday morning at the earliest. On Saturday, I called Mountdale Pharmacy and spoke to Jon - he immediately helped me transfer the prescription over (at almost 1pm) and had the medication made for me before the pharmacy closed that day at 2pm! Jon was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help me get this medication I needed. Couldn't speak highly enough of him! Thanks so much Jon!!

So glad I changed pharmacies.. no comparison to the big chain one we went to for years. Always on top of my refills, they call me when something is ready. Great service!!

Jon is truly the most amazing pharmacist he is truly kind and caring I could ask for someone better to handle my kiddos care as well as mine! My family Is very greatful for Jon’s dedication to all of us! It’s nice to know he is very easy to talk to and goes above and beyond to help!! I came into the Thunder Bay Mountdale location this afternoon, Friday, October 20, 2023, to purchase a bottle of Tylenol 1 which I use for pain for stenosis in my spine, migraines, and a knee waiting to replaced. The woman behind the counted insisted she had sold me a bottle of 200 Tylenol 1 earlier in the week. I had not been to this location since Monday, October 2, 2023, as I maintain my receipts and I did not purchase a bottle of 200 Tylenol 1. I have the proof. The woman behind the counter, riddled with negative attitude, finally relented but not before rudely saying to me - in front of other customers - "Well, it's your liver. Not mine." Such was profoundly unnecessary, completely rude, and absolutely unacceptable. I will most definitely not give my future business to any Oak Medical Arts location following this egregious experience, and will be informing others on my social media platforms about this terrible and thoughtless experience.
