Halfords Garage Services Cambridge

The best customer service experience I’ve had in a while. The lady receptionist is very accommodating, kind and friendly. A customer service should be and she deserves to be recognised. I wont hesitate to have my service book again with Halfords Cambridge. Also the timeframe for the service was on point, and all done. Thank you Halfords Cambridge, all other staff are friendly as well.

Came in for a major service for my Astra and from start Dan was very welcoming and very informative about what was going to happen today. We also discussed retains concerns I had and he gave me great information and insight of what it could be. Phill done a great job with the service and at the end he came and explained everything again that has happened from the service to future work required. Can’t stress enough how great this place has. I will be back soon

Customer service reps are great, technicians not so much. Car booked in at 8.30am for 2 tyres, arrived early and let the front desk know which tyres I wanted done (front left and spare) which they recorded. Took just over 2 hours before I got a call to come back and collect. When I got the keys back only one of the tyres I'd asked for had been done (front left) and they had done the other front as well instead of the spare
